Can I leave my children with the entertainment team?
Yes, children can take part in the entertainment activities in complete safety. Our qualified staff look after groups divided by age, so every child can have fun with their peers whilst their parents enjoy their holiday in peace.
Children must always be registered (free of charge) for the service on site.
Can I leave my car safely?
Certainly. The Resort has a large covered car park with CCTV (unattended), reserved exclusively for our guests. You can leave your car safely throughout your stay.
Wi-Fi and mobile signal: how do they work?
Free Wi-Fi is available and stable in all the Resort’s communal areas and in the rooms.
As for mobile signal, reception is not always consistent due to the resort’s location surrounded by nature and the surrounding trees. In some areas, such as the beach, the signal is better. In any case, you can always stay in touch with your loved ones via WhatsApp, and reception can forward calls to the landline in your room.
